Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run your account, we never sell personal information, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect

We send account emails (verification, password reset, billing, alerts you turn on). We send the newsletter and product updates only if you tick the box to agree, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe link, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the service: hosting (DigitalOcean), content delivery (Cloudflare), payments (Shopify), email delivery (Google Workspace), and AI report generation (OpenAI, which receives company data for a report, not your personal details). Some of these store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and for up to 90 days after you close it, except where the law requires billing records to be kept longer.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your information from your account page, or by emailing us. You can withdraw consent to marketing email at any time.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
