Terms of use

Last updated September 28, 2026 · Bendygo Investing (operating corporation to be confirmed), Ontario, Canada

Draft. This page is awaiting legal review and will be finalised before paid plans launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Bendygo Investing (operating corporation to be confirmed), Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Bendygo Investing provides stock-screening software, research pages and related content. It is provided for information only — see the investment disclaimer.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password private. One account is for one person; sharing a login is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Trial, plans and billing

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card. When it ends nothing is charged; the dashboard is paused until you choose a plan. Messages and your account page stay open.
  • Plans are bought by card through our store, bendygo.com, which is run by Shopify. Each payment buys one month or one year of access and does not renew automatically.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are shown in your account before you pay. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.
  • We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects time you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own investing research. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish data, screens or reports from the service, scrape it, or try to get around access limits.

5. Content and intellectual property

The software, methodology, text and design belong to us or our licensors. Market data belongs to its providers and is licensed to us for display to you only.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that data is complete, correct or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
